Troubleshooting

Check Settings → Connections — does Google Calendar show a green Connected badge?

If it doesn’t, connect it. Meetmora will push the 1:1s it already knows about to your calendar once the connection is live, so you don’t have to re-create anything.

My report didn’t get the calendar invite

Section titled “My report didn’t get the calendar invite”

The invite goes to the work email on their profile. Open their page → Edit team member and check it’s the address they actually use.

If the address was wrong, fix it and re-save the cadence (Edit cadence → change nothing → save) to reissue the invite.

I moved a 1:1 in Google Calendar and Meetmora didn’t notice

Section titled “I moved a 1:1 in Google Calendar and Meetmora didn’t notice”

That’s expected. The sync runs one way — Meetmora → your calendar — so changes made in Google don’t come back.

Move it in Meetmora instead: the person’s page → Edit cadence → change Next 1:1 (date & time). Otherwise the check-in email will still go out 24 hours before the old time.

A Google Meet link comes automatically with the Google Calendar connection. If you’re not seeing one, the connection is probably missing — see above.

Prefer Zoom? Connect it in Settings → Connections and Meetmora will use Zoom links instead.

Disconnecting didn’t remove Meetmora from my Google account

Section titled “Disconnecting didn’t remove Meetmora from my Google account”

Disconnect clears Meetmora’s stored access. To remove the grant on Google’s side too, go to myaccount.google.com/permissions and remove Meetmora there.

Each check-in link belongs to one specific meeting. A link stops being useful once that meeting has passed — check-ins aren’t sent or accepted for past 1:1s.

If the meeting is still upcoming, open its Prep page → Pre-meeting check-inResend check-in, or copy the link and send it directly.

Check the badge on the meeting’s Prep page:

  • Not sent — nothing has gone out. Send it yourself with Send check-in.
  • Awaiting response — it went out; they haven’t replied.
  • Responded — their answers are below.

Check-ins go out automatically 24 hours before a 1:1. A meeting scheduled less than 24 hours ahead needs a manual Send check-in.

Reload the Prep page. If the badge still reads Awaiting response, they may have opened the page without pressing the submit button — their draft isn’t visible to you until they send it.

Not yet. Every check-in asks the same four questions.

  1. Check the address on their profile (Edit team member)
  2. Ask them to check spam / the Promotions tab, and search for “Meetmora”
  3. Ask them to add the sender to their contacts so future ones land properly
  4. As a workaround, copy the check-in link from the Prep page and send it yourself

Check Settings → Email preferences — non-essential emails can be switched off there. Billing emails and check-in links always come through regardless.

If they’re on and still not arriving, check spam, then email us.

Settings → Email preferences for yours. Every non-essential email also has an unsubscribe link at the bottom.

Mora writes from what’s there — your notes, wrapped-up 1:1s, check-in answers, and open goals. On a new account or a brand new report there’s genuinely nothing to work from, and it says so rather than inventing something.

Run two or three 1:1s and wrap them up. Add a goal or two. It fills in quickly.

Check Settings → Mora’s briefings — it may be set to Off or to every two weeks. Briefings are generated on Mondays in your timezone.

Recaps are written when you wrap up a meeting. If you started a 1:1 and never finished the wrap-up, there’s no recap to show — and no drafted agenda for the next one either.

Reload. Meetmora renders each page fresh, so a reload picks up anything that changed in a background job (a new briefing, a newly created meeting).

Amber means no upcoming 1:1 — either the cadence ran out or one was never set up. Set up a cadence or schedule a one-off. More on coverage →

Red means a past 1:1 was never wrapped up. Open it and finish the wrap-up.
