Your team

Team lists everyone you have 1:1s with. Click anyone to open their page — their 1:1 history, goals, Mora’s read, and the actions below.

Team → Add member. You’ll be asked for:

FieldNotes
NameRequired
Work emailWhere their check-in link and calendar invite go
Job titleOptional
RelationshipNew to you or Established — helps Mora pitch its suggestions
Frequency, length, first 1:1Sets up their cadence in the same step

You can add the person now and set up the cadence later — but a report with no cadence shows amber on Today until they have a 1:1 on the books.

Edit team member on their page covers their name, job title, email, team, timezone, working hours, and start date.

Their timezone and working hours matter: Meetmora schedules 1:1s inside hours that work for both of you, so a report in another timezone won’t get a 7am invite.

The kebab menu (⋯) on a person’s page has Pin to sidebar. Pinned people sit in the nav rail for one-click access — useful for the two or three you’re actively working closely with.

Everything per-person lives here:

  • Pin / Unpin from sidebar
  • Set up cadence / Edit cadence — the recurring rhythm
  • Schedule a one-off 1:1 — a single meeting outside the rhythm
  • Offboard — see below

When someone leaves your team, use Offboard. It:

  • ends their cadence and removes the recurring calendar event
  • deletes their upcoming scheduled 1:1s
  • keeps your 1:1 history, notes, and goals

Their page stays reachable and shows a Former teammate banner. If they come back — or you offboarded the wrong person — Bring back to team undoes it.

There’s no “delete this person” — offboarding is the intended path, and the scrub above handles the data side. If you need someone’s data removed sooner, email privacy@meetmora.io.
