Connect your calendar

Meetmora works without a calendar connection — your 1:1s just live inside Meetmora. Connecting Google Calendar is what makes them real meetings: on your calendar, on your report’s calendar, with a video link.

Connect Google Calendar

1. Go to Settings → Connections.
2. Next to Google Calendar, click Connect.
3. Sign in to Google and approve the request.
4. You’ll land back in Settings with a green Connected badge.

You can also do this during setup, at the Connect your tools step.

What it does

• Puts every 1:1 on your Google Calendar
• Sends a calendar invite to the person you’re meeting
• Adds a Google Meet link to each 1:1 — no extra setup
• Keeps a recurring 1:1 as one recurring calendar event, so moving or cancelling behaves the way you’d expect
• Lets you import 1:1s you already run

What Meetmora asks for

One permission: manage events on your calendars (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events).

That’s it. Meetmora does not ask to read your Gmail, your contacts, or your Drive. It doesn’t read the content of unrelated calendar events, and it can’t change your calendar settings.

Connect Zoom (optional)

If your team runs 1:1s on Zoom, go to Settings → Connections and connect Zoom. Meetmora will use Zoom links on your 1:1s instead of Google Meet.

You don’t need Zoom to get a video link — Google Meet comes free with the Calendar connection.

Disconnecting

Settings → Connections → Disconnect removes Meetmora’s access. Your 1:1s, notes, and goals stay in Meetmora; they just stop syncing to your calendar, and new ones won’t create invites. Events already on your calendar are left alone.

Disconnecting doesn’t revoke Google’s grant

The Disconnect button clears Meetmora’s stored tokens. If you also want to remove Meetmora from your Google account entirely, do it at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Reconnecting

Just connect again. Meetmora reattaches to the meetings it already knows about rather than duplicating them — reconnecting is safe to do any number of times.
