Set up your workspace

The first time you sign in, Mora walks you through setup. It takes about two minutes, and nothing here is permanent — every answer can be changed later in Settings or on a report’s page.

Your name and what your team is called. Your timezone is detected automatically and shown so you can check it’s right — everything else in Meetmora (meeting times, briefing schedules, “today”) is anchored to it.

The days and hours you’re generally available. Meetmora schedules 1:1s inside these hours so nothing lands at 7am or over lunch. Change them later in Settings → Working hours.

Connect Google Calendar and your 1:1s go on your real calendar, your reports get invites, and each meeting gets a Google Meet link. Zoom is optional — connect it if you’d rather use Zoom links.

This step is skippable. If you skip it, your 1:1s live in Meetmora only; connect later in Settings → Connections and Meetmora will push them to your calendar then. Full calendar guide →

Add each person you have 1:1s with: name, work email, and job title (optional). The email is where their check-in link and calendar invite go, so use the one they actually read.

You can add, edit, or offboard people any time. More about your team →

Mora proposes a rhythm for each person, staggered so your 1:1s don’t collide. For each one you set:

FieldOptions
FrequencyWeekly, or every 2 weeks
Length30, 45, or 60 minutes
First 1:1Date and time of the first meeting

Adjust anything, or roll with the defaults. More about scheduling →

Optional. Add a goal or two you’re helping someone work toward. Goals are the one thing that carries across 1:1s, so it’s worth seeding a couple — it gives Mora something concrete to work with. More about goals →

Meetmora creates the cadences, puts the first meetings on your calendar (if you connected one), and drops you on Today.

Head to Today. It shows your upcoming 1:1s, which reports have coverage and which don’t, goals that need attention, and anything new from Mora.

Then run your first 1:1 →

Everything from the wizard has a permanent home under Settings:

  • Profile — your name, team name, and timezone
  • Working hours — days and hours you’re available
  • Mora’s briefings — how often Mora writes you a read on each report, or off
  • Email preferences — which non-essential emails you get
  • Connections — Google Calendar and Zoom
  • Import & export — pull existing 1:1s in from your calendar, or export everything
