What to include
Section titled “What to include”- The email address on your account, so we can find you
- What you were trying to do, and what happened instead
- Where — the page or step, such as the wrap-up screen or Settings → Connections
- When it happened, roughly
- Your version, from your account menu → About Mora
- A screenshot, if it’s something visual
Requests from someone you manage
Section titled “Requests from someone you manage”If one of your reports wants to know what Mora holds about them, or wants it removed, they can email privacy@meetmora.io directly. They don’t need an account and don’t need to go through you. This is also stated on their check-in page.
Feature requests
Section titled “Feature requests”Send them. Mora doesn’t build everything, but knowing what managers actually run into is the most useful thing you can tell us.
