Your plan and billing

Mora has one plan, called Plus. There’s no free tier, no per-person pricing, and no limit on how many people you manage.

BilledPrice
Monthly$49 per month
Yearly$500 per year, which is two months free

The trial is 30 days, and Mora collects a card at the start. Stripe handles checkout, and billing starts automatically when the trial ends.

Cancel any time before the trial ends and you won’t be charged. Mora emails you a few days before the card is charged.

The trial is 30 days rather than 14 because a weekly 1:1 takes about four weeks to go through a full cycle: prepare, meet, wrap up, then prepare the next one from what Mora drafted.

The first 100 managers pay a lower rate for as long as they keep their subscription:

BilledFoundingStandard
Monthly$39 per month$49
Yearly$290 per year$500

It’s applied automatically at checkout while places remain, and the billing page shows how many are left. There’s no code to enter.

This rate lasts as long as the subscription does. It doesn’t reset when you renew.

Signing up gives you the setup wizard and the Today page, with your real team and your first 1:1.

Everything beyond that — a meeting, a Prep page, a person’s page, goals — needs an active subscription. Settings stays available either way, because that’s where billing lives.

Go to Settings → Billing:

StatusWhat it means
TrialHow many days are left, and the date your card will be charged
ActiveYour renewal date
Payment failedThe card couldn’t be charged. Mora keeps working until the date shown
CancelingCanceled, with access until the end of the period you paid for
CanceledThe subscription has ended
No subscriptionYou haven’t started a trial

Manage billing opens the Stripe portal, which handles your card, your invoices, and cancellation. Mora doesn’t store your card details.

You don’t lose access straight away. Stripe retries for about a week, and you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for. That date is shown on the billing panel. Mora emails you when a charge fails.

Most failed charges are an expired card. Update it through Manage billing before that date and nothing is interrupted.

Cancel in the Stripe portal, through Settings → Billing → Manage billing.

You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Nothing is deleted when the subscription ends — your 1:1s, notes, and goals stay, and resubscribing picks them up again.

Billing emails are always sent. Settings → Email preferences turns off the optional ones — cadence reminders, the weekly digest, and product updates — but not emails about payment or check-in links.
