How it works

You add your direct reports, connect your calendar (Google Calendar or iCal), and schedule 1:1 meetings. Before each meeting, the AI generates an agenda. During the meeting, you take notes in Meeting Mode. After the meeting, Mora extracts action items and updates the relationship profile automatically.

Over time, Mora builds a rich picture of each relationship — so you can manage with more confidence, consistency, and care.
