Your dashboard
The Today dashboard is your daily briefing. Rather than showing everything, Mora picks the things that actually need your attention right now — based on your upcoming meetings, your team’s health, and anything your direct reports have submitted.
Priorities
The left column shows up to five AI-curated priority items. These refresh automatically every 30 seconds. Mora orders them by urgency:
- Live meeting — if a 1:1 is in progress, it appears at the top with a direct link into Meeting Mode
- Prep to review — when a direct report submits their pre-meeting questionnaire, it surfaces here so you can read it before the meeting
- Meetings needing prep — upcoming 1:1s in the next 72 hours that don’t have a plan or agenda yet
- Goals needing attention — direct reports with goals that are overdue, at risk, or stalled
- Setup nudges — for new accounts, reminders to add your team, schedule a first meeting, or connect your calendar
Upcoming 1:1s
The center column lists your scheduled meetings in the next 72 hours, with a Live badge if one is in progress. Below that, an On the horizon section shows meetings in the next two weeks so you can plan ahead.
Needs attention
The right column surfaces persistent signals that aren’t tied to a specific date:
- No meeting scheduled — direct reports with no 1:1 in the next 14 days
- Goal health — individual goals that are overdue, at risk, or stalled (up to three, ordered by severity)
- Sentiment — direct reports whose relationship sentiment is negative or declining
Items in this column don’t go away until the underlying situation changes — they’re meant to stay in view until you act on them.
