Using Ask Mora
Ask Mora is a search assistant that answers questions about your 1:1 history. Instead of digging through past meeting notes manually, you can ask in plain language — “When did I last discuss career goals with James?” or “Has anyone mentioned feeling stretched thin?” — and Mora searches across everything you’ve recorded.
How to access it
The Ask Mora button appears in the bottom-right corner of every page. Click it to open a chat panel without leaving what you’re working on.
Ask Mora is hidden while a meeting is actively in progress so it doesn’t interfere with Meeting Mode.
What you can ask
Ask Mora searches your meeting notes, AI-generated summaries, and relationship history. Good questions to try:
- “When did I last discuss a promotion with Sarah?”
- “What topics keep coming up with Marcus?”
- “Did anyone mention burnout or overload this quarter?”
- “What did I say I’d follow up on last month?”
- “What’s the status of Alex’s goal around leading projects?”
Mora returns an answer with a confidence level (high, medium, or low) and links to the specific meetings or notes it drew from, so you can read the source directly.
Page context
When you use the Ask Mora panel, it automatically picks up where you are in the app. If you’re on a direct report’s profile or a specific meeting, Mora uses that as context — so you can ask “what did we discuss last time?” without specifying who you mean.
Monthly query limit
Ask Mora queries count against a monthly limit tied to your plan. Your remaining queries for the month are shown in the panel header. The count resets on the first of each calendar month.
If you reach your limit before the month ends, Ask Mora will let you know when it resets. Upgrading your plan increases the monthly limit.
